To request an assessment to determine if your child qualifies for Early Intervention, contact North Bay Regional Center (707) 256-1100

After the assessment is complete and if your child qualifies for early intervention services, your North Bay Regional Center Services Coordinator will locate providers (such as Bloom Early Education) to provide early intervention services to your child and your family.
